Purchasing promotional placement: a featured listing, not a contest or lottery. No payouts, no refunds; service is rendered on payment.

1. The service
Richie Rich ("the Service", at RichieRich.lol) sells promotional placements on a public leaderboard. When you pay, you purchase a featured listing for your chosen link at the rank your payment amount buys. The placement (a ranked, tracked, publicly displayed listing) is the entire service, and it is rendered upon payment.
2. Not a contest, competition, or lottery
The Service is a paid promotional placement service. It is not a contest, competition, lottery, or scheme of chance. Rank is fully deterministic and based solely on the amount paid; there is no element of chance. No pot, payout, cash-back, or monetary or other enrichment is ever offered or delivered to any user.
3. No payouts, one-directional payment
You pay to receive a placement and nothing else. Money flows only into the Service. Nothing monetary is ever returned to any user under any circumstance, including where a listing is outranked, removed, or expires.
4. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Being outranked, changing your mind, or having a listing removed for a rules violation does not entitle you to a refund. The placement was delivered on payment.
5. Acceptable use and removal
You are responsible for the link you submit and the destination it points to. Prohibited links (including adult/explicit and illegal content) may be removed at our sole discretion without notice and without refund. We may also remove listings that are abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
6. Placement mechanics
Rank is derived from the amount paid, highest first, with ties broken by earlier placement. A listing appears or moves only after payment is confirmed. Click counts shown are approximate measures of visibility, not guarantees of traffic or outcome.
7. No guarantees
The Service is provided on an as-is basis. We make no guarantee of traffic, clicks, engagement, uptime, or any commercial result from a placement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the placement at issue.
